Explanation of idea

Like we already said we make paper from old paper and paper scraps. this is how we are currently working. You can also do this at home we justo it on a bigger scale.

1. Paper goes through a shredding machine.
2. Scraps get mixed with water and blended until it reaches the right consistency.
3. We take our mixture and put it in a big basin of water.
4. A frame like the one you can see on the picture goes through the water and takes the pulp.
5. It gets pressed down so the excess water is gone and the pulp is now level and smooth.
6. Then it gets further dried until its dry.
7. The sheet is taking out of the frame and gets cut up in different paper sizes.
8. Sheets get packaged.
